Crochet and Knitting for the Armed Forces

I've often thought that crocheters and knitters are some of the most generous people around. It is the nature of what we do. We give hours of our time and resources and create items that are often gifts for family and friends. We spend time teaching others to knit so we have groups to knit with and will often donate spare needles and yarn to the cause!
