The Blankies

I went out on Ravelry and found the cutest baby blanket pattern - called "Come Sail Away". I thought it would be nice if my grandkids each had a special blanket made for them by the Grams so I set out to knit 2 of the sailboat patterns, and I am going to adapt it for my granddaughter to something like hearts or kitties or something else girlie. I have completed one blanket so far and have begun the second - these things knit up so quick and easy - I am using an inexpensive easily washable yarn…See More

"I crochet as well as knit - have you heard of Ravelry? There are tons of patterns our there for both crochet and knit on the internet - don't give up on us - there is a world of info on all of these sites - not to mention great folk."
