doggie sweaters

I have an old work basket book that has a pattern for a doggie sweater with cable stitch down back. Knitted this sweater for my hairless chihuahua quite a few years ago and he looked like a ivy league college student in it. Wish they would have had the booties for this but they didn't . I am trying to find someone to actually handtie these books from the 1940's till the present year I quit receiving them. They are so fragile hate to touch them. About Me:: I love to do all types of hand projects, such as french handsewing, smocking, cross stitching, shadow embroidery, knitting, crochet, quilting, tatting, or anything I can get my hands to work on. I have bad arthritis but I try to keep my fingers moving as much as I can.

Favorite Yarn:: knitting red heart, since it has been several years since I have done much of these things, I use DMC yarn for most of my projects. Batiste imported for french handsewing and imported lace for the finishing touches on my projects.

Favorite Knitting Project:: Sweater for grandson decorated with real wooden buttons. He was very please when he received his sweater. Since I have learned how to stop knitting when sleeves are long enough.
