- Advanced middle age... or put another way early old age. Whatever you call it, it is a very good time of life. My husband and I are retired to a beautiful area in Colorado. We bought 3 acres and built our retirement home in 2000. Bill isn't fully retired as he has been driving a school bus since his formal retirement. Besides the normal homemaker activities I pursue the hobbies of knitting and painting. I obviously enjoy both but also enjoy my computer and probably spend too much time on it to accomplish what I would like on the other two... especially the painting.

- Merino/nylon blend so far but have many more to try.
