- I started knitting in the fall of 2005 after the death of my Mom. I had been very involved with my childrens sports during high school career. Both were 3 sport athletes. I am an only child. I found knitting to be relaxing and enjoying. It is something that I can take with me different places, and has opened up conversations. I am the church pianoist and have been for 23 yrs.
- Favorite Knitting Project:
- Right now, I am just knitting an afghan using left over yarn. I have made a vest with cables. That was our 1st project in learning how to knit! I have made socks, slippers (felted), and have made angels, bells, kitchen towels, baby blankets, also christmas ornaments.
