That is a lot of money. The book better be really good :)

Yes it is. There is some mystique about the book - I don't know what. And some knitters seem to want it badly enough to pay that exorbitant price for a used 20-yr old book. The new one would probably be more like $25-$50. Anyway - I'm waiting for the new addition and hope she's still planning to publish it.

The new price is more reasonable for my budget. I can see why one would want the original version for their collection. I'm sure it is great.
