What are you spinning!!

Great to see new members...let us know what is your favorite fiber...what are you spinning right now? Any new fleeces? Has anyone tried Chameleon Colorworks?? Amazing merino that has been mechanically stretched so that it acts like SILK!!! They will be at Stitches.

I just started spinning some Llama. It seems to have a little bit of guard hair still in it, but it is still so soft. :)

I am spinning a lot of different things right now. I came back from Montana with 20 lbs of raw fleece this summer! Bought it at the fair straight from the ranchers. 12lbs of chocolate brown merino, about 2 1/2 lbs each of grey shetland and angora (sheep, not rabbit). I have already started spinning with each of them. The merino and shetland, I am combing 60% wool/40% tussah silk. I am wanting to play with more colors and I am thinking it's about time to break out my Kool-Aid dyed stuff.

What am I spinning? Everything! lol Lately, I've been spinning a combination of merino/alpaca/nylon trying to get some yarn ready to sell. I have some fiber I want to spin up for socks when I get some time.

Right this minute I'm spinning some White Alpaca that I dyed Wine using Rit dye, then carded some natural color in to frost it and also added some metalic fiber to give it a bit of sparkle, I think I'll call it Poinsettia but I also was thing Cranberry Cream can't decide, lol.
